He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on January 26, 1977. He obtained his law degree from the University of Guadalajara.

He has worked for over 8 years, beginning in the Notary Public 62 of Guadalajara, Jalisco working on Civil Law. After this, he worked for the law firm Acosta Abogados, S.C.

He also worked in the Notary Public 105 of Guadalajara and at the law firm of Cornejo, Gómez Abogados y Asociados, S.C., working on Civil and Commercial Law.

He has taken several seminar courses at the University of Guadalajara and at the National Corporate Lawyers Association.

He speaks English.
